In 2008 Phoebe Philo was appointed as the new creative director of Céline. Her rework of Celine's classical desgins such as the classic box bag - has been on every fashion editors 'wish' list and is currently sold out in stores. I saw a picture of the original box bag on a fashion bloggers site about a year ago and I have been searching high and low ever since. So I am sooo excited to finally get my hands not only on one but several in the classic box style!
This is a lovely condition bag, with a 'stirrup' style clasp design at front. Press stud opening. Inside opens up to three seperate compartments with inner zip pockets. Adjustable straps. There are signs of gentle wear with a few 'scratches' on the inside lid of the bag. Overall in very good condition with no signs of major damage, a lovely classic bag.
