WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Please note we bulk ship to keep our prices low. We think the wait is well worth it, but please check out the delivery estimates below.

 

ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 15TH OF EVERY MONTH

Orders placed before the 15th of each month will be shipped out between the 20th - 25th of each month.

So please expect your delivery between the 22nd to 30th of the month you placed your order.

 

ORDERS PLACED AFTER 15TH OF EVERY MONTH

Orders placed after the 15th of each month will be shipped out between the 5th - 10th of the following month. 

So please expect your delivery between the 7th to 15th on the following month.

There are no extra costs for purchasing with us. The total price displayed is the ‘to the door’ price.

We deliver DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). All relevant import duties, applicable taxes and shipping costs are included in the sale price shown at checkout. 

Occasionally customs may contact customers to confirm that the order has been made. If customs request payment just get in touch with us, info@vintageheirloom.com, and we will confirm we are paying on your behalf.

You are responsible for any import duties requested before or after delivery.

  • 1-2 days if you order before 3pm (GMT) Monday to Thursday
  • Orders received before 3 pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday
  • Orders received after Friday 3 pm & over the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday

SECURITY

FIRST TIME ORDERS

Security is important. Please be aware that first-time orders can only be shipped to the card holder’s billing address or a corporate work address.

 

To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the card holder’s name is written as it appears on the card.

 

PROOF OF SIGNATURE

Our couriers will deliver to the shipping address you specify when placing your order. We require a signature as proof of delivery. Any person at the shipping address can sign for your item(s). If you place a note for the driver to deliver to a different address, say a neighbour, you take responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
